- UNCITRAL Sets Up ODR Working Group
- The 43rd session of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), held in New York, from June 29 – July 9, 2010, resolved to set up a Working Group to focus on the role of ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) in cross-border electronic commerce transactions.
