TheMediationRoom.com has been engaged by the Chamber of Arbitration of Milan to train a panel of arbitrators around Europe in the techniques required to adapt their skills to the online environment.

Following meetings in Liverpool and Milan and continuing discussions on the course content and process, Graham Ross of The Mediation Room has been able to adapt and extend  The Mediation Room's existing course in association with the Chamber and its own ODR service, RisolviOnline, to make it relevant specifically to the Chamber of Arbitration's own practices.

The course commences in January 2010 and Graham will be reporting on the project at Bileta 2010, a conference on "Globalisation, Internet and the Law" being hosted by the Faculty of Law at the University of Vienna  on the 29th and 30th March 2010.
