TRAINING
Together with the ADR Group, the leading UK trainer and provider of mediators, we have developed the first fully accredited distance training course in Online Mediation. The course content has been also contributed to by Colin Rule, Director of Online Dispute Resolution at eBay and PayPal.
Mediators will become members of our Online Dispute Resolution Mediator Panel upon satisfactory completion of this course and will receive an ODR accreditation certificate as well as 10 hours of CLE/CPD points. Panel members will then be able to run their own personal ODR service to expand their professional skills and service to a larger market.
The course content is broken down into three sections. We recommend mediators take a two week period to complete the full course:-
Section 1 - Reading and Studying Material
Section 2 - Practice and Feedback
Section 3 - Live Role-Play and Assessment
